SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We offer two kinds of shipping possibility:

1. Local Pick-Up/ Delivery:

Once your order is ready, we can let you know and you can choose to pick up the product on your own for free.

If you would like local delivery, we can discuss and agree upon a location, and that way we can bring the product to you for a small charge of €6 (Applicable only for Helsinki & Espoo Region)

2. Postal Service:

All original products are handcrafted and takes many hours of detailed work. Please allow the mentioned time for delivery (it varies according to the order, and size). Once the order is ready, we use Posti services in and outside Finland, for shipping. The time will vary but we will notify you with your order number and you can track the order from your end. If you live outside Finland and you want to know the exact delivery time to your country, lets chat and we'll let you know :-) 

With correct shipping address and successful purchase payment, you’ll get an email confirmation and your order will be shipped to the given address as soon as possible (remember to check the estimated delivery in the product description).

Minor variations in colour, size or print cannot be excluded due to the handmade or hand-printed nature of the products.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 15-days return, refund or replacement policy only on the issued products that are defective or damaged. 

​

Returns, refunds or replacements, and exchanges are not accepted for custom or personalized orders.

​

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that is received in, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is also required. 

​

Shipping fees for returns, refunds or replacements and changes are not covered by us. Here are step by step instructions to initiate returns, refunds or replacements and changes.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO:​

  • Contact us on reeinzpire@gmail.com with the reason for the return, refund or replacement & change.

  • Share the pictures of the product.

  • Please be patient while we review and and respond with the decision on your return, refund or replacement, and exchanges. This can take minimum of 5 -8 business days.

  • Ship the package or bring it over on your own at an agreed-upon location (only offered in Helsinki & Espoo Region).

 

For the shipping method, you can use any courier or shipping service.

WHAT DO WE DO:

  • Upon receiving the images of the product, we will review them and contact you.

  • Once the decision has been made, we will refund the agreed amount to your bank account.

  • In case of change, we will ship the product again.

  • The timeline for this entire process may vary from case to case and will be communicated upon the process initiation.
